Helpdesk Hours & Operation

The Helpdesk is staffed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 pm). Requests are triaged according to IT staff expertise and availability. Do not contact individual Helpdesk personnel directly to initiate a request. Once your request has been assigned to a specific IT contact, you will be notified. At that point you may directly interact with the person assigned to your request to resolve the issue. Most requests are resolved within the same day. All requests are documented and tracked to closure.

Campus Systems

The campus systems that you use (e.g, At Your Service, Weblinks, Digital Library) are developed and supported by one of three IT organizations that operate separately from our Computer Systems team:

If you are having technical problems with campus-wide systems, contact the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk is the designated Computer Support Contact responsible for coordinating with the appropriate IT unit to resolve your issue.
