Green Committee: Printing
Saving Paper One Sheet at a Time
Not all printers on our network can print on both sides of the paper, but several do have this capability. For a list of all printers and notes on printer location and capabilities, go to Printer Info. Anything with the word "duplex" in the comment column has the capability to print double-sided.
If you want an additional way to save paper for long documents and you don?t mind small print, you can also print 2-4 pages per sheet of paper (from any printer). You can actually print up to 16 pages per sheet, but this would be pretty small print. To maintain readability, a maximum of 4 is recommended.
To REALLY save paper, print the 2-4 pages per sheet on both sides of the paper.
