Here's a handy Posterior Probability of Disease Online Calculator

Posterior Probability of Disease Slide Rule: We find this slide rule useful for illustrating probability updating using likelihood ratios, as well as for understanding the No Treat-Test and Test-Treat thresholds. The last page in the book is a slide rule printed on card stock and requiring assembly using scissors and tape. If you would like a sturdier, pre-assembled version, go here and click on the slide rule image. You will be prompted for your mailing address.
